Move-Out Cleaning

Moving out doesn’t mean the cleaning is finished. Once the furniture and boxes are gone, you may be surprised by how much dust, dirt, hair, grime, and buildup was lurking at the back of your cabinets.
Our move-out cleaning service helps you leave your previous home in a clean, presentable condition for the next tenants, landlord, property manager, or new owner. We can also help you with junk removal if there are a few things you’d prefer to leave behind.

Moving out of a rental?
A professional move-out clean can help leave your landlord or property manager without a leg to stand on when it comes to your security deposit. It can’t guarantee its return, since deposits can be affected by damage, unpaid rent, or other issues, but having the property professionally cleaned can help you avoid cleaning-related deductions.
Move-In Cleaning

Your new home may look clean when you first walk through it, but previous occupants can leave behind dust, hair, fingerprints, food residue, and buildup in places that aren’t immediately obvious.
A move-in cleaning gives you the opportunity to clean the home before your belongings arrive, when floors, cabinets, closets, appliances, and other surfaces are easier to access.
Whenever possible, we recommend scheduling your move-in cleaning before you unpack. An empty home gives our cleaners better access to the surfaces and areas that are difficult to reach once furniture and boxes are in place.

Our move in and move out cleaning services are customizable depending on what you need, but our basic list of services includes:

- Exterior of all appliances
- Exterior of all cabinets

- Floors, including vacuuming, mopping, and spot treating
- Mirrors
- Sinks, tubs, and shower tiles
- Toilets, including disinfection
- Spot cleaning walls
- Baseboards
- Inside of oven (1)
- Inside of fridge (1)
- Light fixtures and fans (3)
- Inside windows
- Doors and frames
Airbnb Cleaning
We often get requests to clean Airbnbs or other short-term rental properties between guests.
Our standard Airbnb cleaning service is identical to our move in and move out cleaning service. However, if there are additional tasks you would like taken care of, such as laundry and linen cleaning or dishwashing services, we can discuss a custom task list.
What We Don’t Clean
Our move in and move out cleaning services are focused on cleaning the property.
We don’t move heavy furniture, pack or unpack belongings, or remove hazardous materials. But if you have items to be donated, recycled, or thrown out, feel free to ask us about our junk removal services.
