About Yellow Glove Cleaning
Cleaning grounded in care.
At Yellow Glove Cleaning, we provide detailed, professional cleaning services for homes and businesses in and around Kamloops and Prince George. Our care-centered approach to cleaning goes hand in hand with our sister company ‘s focus on home care services and gives us a different perspective on what it means to clean and care for a home.
How We Got Started
Yellow Glove was founded from a perspective of care-oriented service.
Sarah Khamkar founded Yellow Glove Cleaning in October of 2022, just months after founding our sister company, Humble Home Care. A long-time, certified Healthcare Assistant, Sarah found that her clients needed more than just personal care to be safe, happy, and healthy in their homes. Many clients were mainly interested, or solely interested, in house cleaning. Wanting to keep Humble’s focus largely on home care services, Sarah and her husband Sam founded Yellow Glove Cleaning to fill that gap in care. From there, our services expanded as we found more ways to support our community through cleaning.
Who We Are
At Yellow Glove Cleaning, we want to support you in living the healthiest, happiest life possible. A clean home or business is just one more step in the right direction.
When our clients contact us, they know they’re reaching out to a trusted source. Our policy of honest, open communication shines through in all our interactions, and we’re always looking for ways to improve our services to better suit you and your needs. We provide assessments before cleaning so we can establish clear goals for our team, and so you know exactly what to expect from us when we step into your home or business.

Why Choose Yellow Glove Cleaning
Our goal at Yellow Glove Cleaning is to preserve the health and wellbeing of our clients. Our origin has given us a different perspective than other cleaning companies on what a clean, cared-for home looks like, and as a result we often work with expectant parents, people aging at home, those recovering from illness, and others for whom our experience with care plans and ability to assess a home’s ability to support them is valuable.
“I had requested a spring clean out of our 5th wheel and our bathrooms at our property and Yellow Glove delivered! Their worker showed up on time and with all her own supplies. She was professional and respectful. She went above and beyond in how thorough she cleaned and made sure to communicate with me with specific tasks I had forgotten to mention. She saved me hours of stress cleaning, and I was able to enjoy my weekend.”
